Introductory course
These are open to every single person who wants to discover the new world and meaning of NATURAL cuisine and also to the people that already know about it, but want to learn new menus, preparation and cooking methods.
We will cover the various cooking styles for the main ingredients: grains, beans, vegetables, seaweeds, vegetable protein and desserts. We will talk about how to use this food not only to take advantage of their nutritional and healthy values, but also to take advantage of their flavors. This course is appropriate for beginners.
The program will have a duration of approximately 4 hours. During this time the participant will be introduced to the topic and will learn to prepare a balanced menu. The program schedule focuses on theoretical and practical lessons, each with different themes, with a final tasting.
What we will cover in detail:
• Grains: rice, barley, spelt, millet, quinoa, couscous and much more
• Vegetables and seaweed: several preparations and cooking methods, in order to try different kinds of ingredients for every season.
• Vegetable proteins: tofu, seitan, tempeh and a variety of beans.
• Desserts without sugar, eggs, dairy, chemical preservatives nor artificial food coloring.
• Recipes that are not only delicious, but that also heal the body, mind and soul.
•Energy of food, the nutritional aspect of what we eat.
Base course of Natural Remedies
If there is something about our grandparents that we remember the most, is the use they gave to natural herbs, baths, compresses, infusions and the cooking of special food addressed to self-healing. Our forefathers always had the wisdom to trust “mother nature” when a health problem occurred. This was an act of faith and a trust in nature itself and in the “divine” place that we have in the Order of the Universe. Doctors were the last choice, called only in extreme emergency cases.
With this course guests can learn the first steps to assume the responsibility of our health and also to become aware that we can respond and act when some situations occur.
You will learn how to prepare few homemade “macrobiotic” remedies that will help us resolve the majority of our daily ailments, as: headache, insomnia, digestive problems, blood circulation problems, colds, flu, backaches, excessive appetite and sweet cravings and cough among others. You will also learn what to do in emergency or urgency situations, like: accidentals cuts, burns, constipation, infections, fungus, nausea, sickness, fever, etc. These remedies are simple and plain suggestions they are not expensive and for most people are very pleasant.
Let us share the joy of results of this wise and easy old practice. This will satisfy us and will make our faith about the Power of Nature and about the Order that rules our Life much stronger.

Natural Desserts course
Natural Patisserie allows us to prepare every single dessert with the sole use of natural ingredients. With flour, sweeteners, yeast, and fat not chemically treated, again without coloring or preservatives in order to re-discover the taste of traditional old-fashioned desserts.
•The cold cakes: tofu-cake and tiramisu.
• The oven cakes: apple cake, almond cake, a large variety of muffins, plumcakes, cookies, etc.
• The puddings: almond, chocolate, vanilla, lemon, and few more.
• The grain based desserts: made with rice, millet, etc.
